Operator Voip Telefonie

Kerio Operator

Before, a PBX was a mystery box on the wall. Today, it is a server in the server rack. Before, the PBX required a phone guy. Today, an IT guy administers it – with the same ease as any other Kerio product.

Kerio Operator is a phone system for businesses. Based on the industry-standard SIP VoIP protocol, Kerio Operator is compatible with any SIP device and provider, and will even auto-configure the most popular phones.

Kerio Operator can be used as a pure SIP PBX solution with SIP phones and a SIP service provider, or as a hybrid solution with SIP phones and T1/E1/EuroISDN cards and service providers. Kerio Operator is available as a software appliance that installs from a disk image with its own custom operating system and everything else you need to be up and running in minutes.

Connecting Operator to the outside world

Whether you use a SIP phone service or a T1, E1, or ISDN connection, it is always very easy to connect Operator to the outside world. For SIP, just use the simple configuration wizard. With the traditional telephony, Operator detects and autoconfigures several Digium cards, so you only need to set up call routing rules.

Auto Provisioning

Phone auto provisioning turns configuration of the phone networks into a simple task. When you connect a new phone to your network, Kerio Operator will detect it, configure the new phone and assign a new extension. You can change and reconfigure your phone network directly from the Administration Console of Kerio Operator. Currently, you can select from popular Cisco, Linksys, and Snom models.

"MyPhone" is Operator`s web interface for the end-users. The interface allows users to listen to their voice mail, set up call forwarding, check their call history, and dial or hang up their phone. We have designed the interface with the less-is-sometimes-more attitude and the result is a very clean and user-friendly interface. MyPhone allows users to access their voice mail or phone settings even when not in their office, for example over Kerio Control`s VPN. Do you need to listen to your voice mail and avoid international phone charges? Or did you forget to redirect your phone? Just sign in to Operator`s MyPhone and do that with a few clicks.

Auto attendant

Whether you need just a simple announcement followed by call redirection or a complex nested menu structure, the auto attendant menu editor will help you design exactly the voice menu you need. Announcements at the beginning of a menu or sub-menu or after a keypress? Time conditions for handling out of office hours or holidays? Default actions that kick in when the caller does nothing for a period of time? It`s easy to build a script with all that.
